Job summary

Lyft Flexdrive seeks Depot Operations Associates in Nashville to ensure autonomous vehicle fleet readiness. You will perform pre-deployment checks, end-of-day diagnostics, and calibration tasks. This on-site role supports 24/7 operations with afternoon shift options.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in automotive or fleet ops, a clean driving record, and strong attention to detail. Training, safety, and SOP compliance are required, with benefits including health coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet operations or automotive environment preferred.
• Ability to follow complex SOPs and ensure quality standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Daily fleet management: review AVs, perform pre-deployment checks and end-of-day diagnostics.
• Vehicle state transitions: move vehicles through operational states and complete checklists.
• Quality assurance: inspections per partner standards with issue annotation.
• Task execution: manage daily tasks via digital task management system.
• Charging, cleaning & fleet servicing: maintain cleanliness, perform mid-day charging and basic maintenance.
• Data management & security: secure data handling and device tracking per security standards.
• Calibration & technical operations: sensor calibration and calibration driving for autonomous operation.
• Lot management & logistics: manage parking, staging and deployment, update status in real-time.
• Safety & compliance: follow OSHA/EHS guidelines and complete required trainings.
