Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Advanced technical training or certificate preferred.
- Experience with WMS/WCS and PLC hardware/software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot WCS/WMS interfaces to prevent faults.
- Diagnose and resolve automation-related issues, including physical and IT components.
- Perform preventative maintenance on automation equipment.
- Support PM tasks and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with operations, automation provider, and specialists to resolve outages.
- Ensure data integrity in WMS/WCS for accurate inventory positioning.
- Follow SOPs and safety requirements during all maintenance tasks.
- Move inventory up to 100 lb as needed to resolve faults.
