Job summary

USCS (United States Cold Storage) is seeking a Warehouse Automation Technician to maintain and optimize automated warehousing systems. You will work with WMS/WCS, troubleshoot PLC programs, and coordinate with vendors to implement solutions.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety procedures, monitoring systems for faults, and assisting with pallet consolidation and inventory integrity in a fast-paced cold-storage environment. This is a full-time, on-site role in Hebron, IN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Some technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of WMS, WCS and IT integration to support operations.
• Follow automated processes to execute warehousing tasks efficiently.
• Troubleshoot Electric Mechanical Controls and PLC programs.
• Collaborate with vendors to investigate and implement solutions.
• Follow safety procedures and enforce safety standards.
• Monitor WCS interface for faults and clear machine faults promptly.
• Assist in pallet consolidation and inventory management.
