Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is seeking an Automation Technician III to maintain an automated storage system in Windsor Locks, CT. You will troubleshoot, repair, test, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure continuous operation.

The role includes PLC work, sensor replacement, and software parameter loading with industrial PCs or server-based controls. Experience with Maximo CMMS, electrical/electronic schematics, and robotic arms is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Electrical or Mechanical studies or 5+ years electro-mechanical experience.
• Experience reading electrical/electronic schematics and mechanical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all systems and subsystems of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System.
• Troubleshoot and replace components; diagnose and reprogram control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and adjustments on multi-axis robotic arms.
• Document repairs and PMs in Maximo; manage parts usage and time.
• Assist and train other automation technicians as needed.
