Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years PKMS exposure.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to AGV faults.
• Safely interacting with automated vehicles.
• Trained and understand how to resolve faults safely.
• Escalate faults timely to the appropriate contact as necessary.
• Partner with Maintenance and Operations teams as needed on faults and resolutions.
• Escalate trends in fault data to appropriate parties so the teams can root cause.
