The role provides technical expertise to optimize automated manufacturing systems, partnering with multiple teams to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance.

You will lead troubleshooting, support capital improvements, and evaluate new automation technologies while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• 2–4 years supporting industrial automation equipment, PLCs, HMIs, and control systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize automated manufacturing equipment and control systems to maximize reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentation, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
• Support installation, startup, commissioning, and validation of new automation equipment and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Quality, and Operations to improve performance.
