Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of machine repair and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• LEAN/5S/SMED principles experience is a plus.
• Journeyman Electrician license or related licensing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Performs monthly and periodic maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Repairs and maintains equipment to minimizeDowntime and supports safety procedures.
• Collaborates with production teams to achieve cost and efficiency goals.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives and TPM/KAIZEN projects.
