• Ability to train, coach, and develop manufacturing personnel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, and production objectives.
• Lead production start-ups, equipment changeovers, and process adjustments to ensure stable and efficient operations.
• Establish standardized process parameters to support consistent quality across shifts.
• Diagnose and resolve complex manufacturing and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
