Paycom is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Night Shift) to lead engineering and technical support for night operations in Pinellas Park, FL. The role drives reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

Responsibilities include supporting PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, automation platforms, and CMMS processes, while partnering with Production and Maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualificações

3–7 years of manufacturing/maintenance engineering experience.
Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in a continuous process environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

Serve as primary engineering support for all night shift manufacturing operations.
Provide guidance for production equipment, facility systems, and maintenance activities.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and process issues and implement fixes.
Assist in commissioning, startup, and optimization of new equipment.
Read schematics and ladder logic; coordinate with vendors for specialized help.
