Qualifications

• 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends
• Serve Safe certified, preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items per Crosby’s quality standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in My Crosby’s Rewards.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and add-on recommendations.
• Train, coach, and support store associates; manage scheduling and staffing.
