Job summary

Crosby’s is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll support the Team Leader in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment while driving store success.

In this role you will supervise team members, ensure high operational standards, and maintain adherence to food safety and company policies. A shift differential of $1.50 applies for night hours, supporting our overnight operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Valid Driver’s license may be required per policy.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and shift reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items per Crosby’s standards.
• Promote and assist customers with enrolling in My Crosby’s Rewards.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and add-on recommendations.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and brand standards.
• Train, coach, and support store associates.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing levels.
• Support accurate cash handling and daily bank deposits.
