Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations. You will support the Team Leader in creating a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success.

You will supervise team members, maintain high standards, and ensure every customer has a great experience—every day, every time. The role includes night shifts with a $1.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certified, preferred; strong math for cash handling and reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and support store associates; assist with scheduling and staffing.
• Assist with inventory, payroll processing, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, brand standards, and safety compliance.
