Burger King in Minnesota is seeking a Night/Closing Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations. The role drives guest satisfaction, manages financial controls, people development, and compliance across shifts to achieve sales and profitability goals.

The AM works irregular shifts including weekends/holidays and reports to the Restaurant General Manager. Requires leadership experience in quick-service and a willingness to recruit, train, and retain staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, some college preferred.
• 2 years of experience in quick service restaurant in a management or leadership role.
• Demonstrates English language proficiency for clear speech and reading comprehension.
• Shows leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Knows basic tasks, practices and procedures in quick service.

Responsibilities

• Direct, efficient, and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed of service guidelines.
• Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Supervise and train team members on stations, products, processes and policies.
• Follow cash control procedures and help manage labor, inventory, marketing plans, and financial responsibilities.
