Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a General Assembly team member for our Frankfort, IN location. This on-site, 3rd shift role runs from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. You will work on manufacturing lines to assemble air filtration products and maintain quality standards.

The position requires following instructions, adhering to safety rules, and collaborating with team members and Team Leaders to achieve high efficiency. Benefits and eligibility for incentive plans are included.

Qualifications

• Must work well in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Adheres to safety procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assemble air filtration products on multiple production lines.
• Perform various shift tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow written and practical instructions.
• Communicate with team members and Leaders to ensure quality.
• Inspect prior operators' work and report quality concerns.
• Complete and record paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece sheets).
• Comply with DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies.
• Wear designated PPE as required.
