Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a General Assembly team member for our Frankfort, IN location. This on-site, 3rd shift role runs from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. You will work on manufacturing lines to assemble air filtration products and maintain quality standards.

The position requires following instructions, adhering to safety rules, and collaborating with team members and Team Leaders to achieve high efficiency. Benefits and eligibility for incentive plans are included.

Responsibilities

• Assemble air filtration products on multiple production lines.

• Complete and record paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece sheets).
• Comply with DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies.
• Wear designated PPE as required.

General Assembly role at our Frankfort, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 3rd shift on-site position, with hours from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Role Responsibilities

• Work in a manufacturing team environment on multiple production lines to produce air filtration products
• Perform various tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced work environment
• Follow theoretical and practical instructions
• Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leaders to achieve a high efficiency and high-quality air filtration product
• Inspect work of the previous operators and communicate to them whether the quality is acceptable
• Complete & record all applicable paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece inspection sheets, etc.)
• Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
• Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

Hourly Rate: $21.05

Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
