Donaldson's Frankfort, IN site is seeking an Ultra Web Operator to assemble filtration products in a team-oriented environment. This 3rd shift on-site role runs from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

and offers opportunities to contribute to precision manufacturing and quality. The role requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate media process equipment, perform quality checks, and complete required paperwork.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read prints.
• Experience with measuring tools (gages, calipers, indicators, scales, tape measures).
• Ability to use computer and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and understand the operations and machines involved with the media process.
• Produce media within acceptable quality and quantity standards as stated in the prints and/or route sheets.
• Perform quality checks and tests as assigned.
• Follow first piece and set-up sheets, monitoring production rates.
• Complete all applicable paperwork - scrap report, media usage sheet, media testing sheet, oil runs, etc.
• Performs machine change over.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment.
• Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.
• Other duties may be assigned to fulfill Donaldson’s mission.
