Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Team Leader for our Frankfort, IN facility to supervise the production department, coordinate schedules, and coach team members to meet quality standards. This on-site, second-shift role runs from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and includes an incentive plan based on performance.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate reliable attendance, strong problem-solving ability, and effective communication while maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with trade school or relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and maintain consistent attendance.
• Make sound decisions and maintain high quality work habits.
• Communicate effectively with all plant employees and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to safety procedures and coordinate department activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production department including assigning work, scheduling, and budget adherence.
• Coach team members through problem solving to identify and fix issues.
• Monitor production orders and schedules to ensure timely manufacturing and deliveries.
• Coordinate department schedule and manufacturing activities to meet specifications and quality standards.
