Job summary

QXO is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee assembly, truss, and material coordination in a manufacturing environment. You will lead a team across multiple stations, assign tasks, monitor quality, and ensure safety.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication to meet daily production goals. The position involves night shifts (6:30 pm – early morning) and requires ensuring timely completion of orders, proper staging, and adherence to safety standards

Qualifications

• Leads daily assembly and production activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Assigns employees to workstations and tasks based on workload and priorities.
• Reviews work orders to ensure accurate and efficient completion.
• Monitors workflow and addresses missing materials to avoid delays.
• Coordinates with Saw Operations for lumber components as needed.
• Promotes safety, quality, and process discipline across the team.
