Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Overnight Shift Supervisor for our Escondido location. You will supervise a team of security officers on the overnight shift, ensuring delivery of high quality services and adherence to client requirements.

Qualified candidates will have a valid California guard card, be at least 21, and pass a background check and drug screen. The role includes coaching and coordinating with the Account Manager to maintain safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CA guard card required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff on the overnight shift at the Escondido site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure safety procedures and training are followed at the account.
