Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active CA guard card and valid exposed firearm permit are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug screen as per laws.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality services on a specific shift at the assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Communicate staffing needs on shift to managers.
• Ensure officers receive appropriate training and development.
• Assist with uniforms, equipment, supplies and vehicle management.
• Work across environments and lift up to 40 pounds when needed.
