Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Lead for the Escondido location. The role supervises the delivery of security services on a specific shift and acts as a bridge between site supervision, account management, and security officers.

You’ll coach, recognize performance, and apply discipline within approved empowerment ranges. Candidates must have a valid CA guard card and be at least 21 with a high school diploma or equivalent; strong communication skills and the ability to handle

Qualifications

Be at least 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
Background check and drug screen required by law.
Ability to work under pressure and provide customer service.
Able to operate wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on the assigned shift.
Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
Coach, recognize, and discipline officers within empowerment range.
Ensure officers receive appropriate training and maintain inventories and equipment.
