Job summary

Bechtel is conducting a major semiconductor plant project in New Albany, Ohio. The role oversees a team of superintendents and craft professionals, directing craft work and coordinating subcontract activities to meet schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree and 10–17 years of relevant experience in large industrial or M&T construction, with a strong track record in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on complex construction sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years in construction.
• Extensive experience in large-scale industrial or M&T construction projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, planning, scheduling, and execution processes.
• Deep knowledge of ES&H requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and craft professionals on the project.
• Direct craft activities, coordinate subcontract work, and manage schedules and budgets.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available and compliant with design documents.
• Maintain ES&H, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with field engineers and subcontractors on technical solutions.
