Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation is seeking a seasoned Construction Supervisor to lead a team of craft professionals on a large-scale project in New Albany, Ohio. You will direct activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality meet project requirements.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years of direct construction work. Strong knowledge of CSA operations, safety programs, and Bechtel policies is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of construction planning, monitoring, and control.
• Experience managing union craft Heavy industrial US direct hire construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Support jobsite operations including coordination of Bechtel, subcontractors, suppliers, and client activities within the assigned area.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining construction schedules, manpower plans, and material/equipment needs.
• Monitor jobsite expenditures and support cost control efforts.
• Supervise and coordinate field personnel under direction of the Area Manager.
• Maintain working relationships with client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and Bechtel standards.
• Participate in safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices.
• Support administrative and reporting functions for field operations.
• Assist in implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
