City of Atlanta is seeking a Project Coordinator for the 3rd shift within the Aviation Grounds Maintenance team to oversee overnight airside projects and coordinate contractors.

The role acts as on-site lead in the Project Manager's absence, ensuring safety, schedule, and scope while guiding field staff and maintaining compliance with AMA, TSA, and FAA requirements. An associate degree or technical certification and 3+ years of experience are required.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in Facilities Maintenance, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in maintenance, construction, engineering, surveying, or facilities coordination.
• Experience leading or coordinating overnight/shift projects is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as on-site lead for 3rd shift project activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and scope are met.
• Assist leadership in planning, scheduling, and coordinating overnight construction, maintenance, and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with contract documents and safety requirements.
• Prepare shift reports detailing status, tasks, incidents, and issues for management.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on methods, safety procedures, and policies.
