Guidehouse is seeking an Hospital Admissions Representative in California to collect demographic and financial information, verify insurance benefits, and assign the correct medical record and account numbers. The role includes pre-certification, collecting deposits, and ensuring accuracy in patient records.

The position is part-time with a varied night shift schedule, including 3 weekends per month and rotating holidays.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years in medical setting or heavy customer service with data entry and insurance experience.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association OR ability to obtain 90 days post hire.
• Ability to obtain AVADE training within 30 days from start date.

• Obtain complete and accurate demographic and financial information from patients and verify insurance eligibility.
• Assign correct medical record and account number; ensure accurate billing and clinical information.
• Obtain necessary signatures on consents and insurance forms; document in the system.
