Job summary

The Upper Valley Haven is hiring for Leahy Shelter staff to work the third shift (12:00 am–8:30 am) at the White River Junction shelter. You will assist guests, manage intake, and help serve meals while maintaining a safe, welcoming space.

This role emphasizes trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and strong teamwork. Prior shelter or social services experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred; comprehensive training is provided.
