Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed, reports filed, and authorities notified when needed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct performance reviews and document actions.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; coordinate with management and client representatives.
• Prepare and submit various required reports.
• Inspect posts; outline tasks and responsibilities with subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
