The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience; previous law enforcement experience is preferred. You will coach and discipline staff, coordinate coverage, and provide excellent customer service.

Formación

• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable state/municipal security licenses.
• Experience in security operations, patrols, inspections, and incident response.
• Proven supervisory experience managing diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and site personnel at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline staff; document actions and coaching.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure adequate post coverage and client service.
• Prepare, file, and submit required reports; liaise with client representatives.
