Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for the Rincon, Georgia area. The role oversees overnight security operations, coordinates staff, and maintains strong customer service on the assigned shift. Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and prior supervisory security experience.

The position offers full-time employment, with starting pay at $18.50 per hour. Shifts run 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, with days Friday, Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to perform duties on an overnight shift.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Proven supervisory experience with security personnel.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services on a shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Maintain effective customer service and handle crises calmly.
