Sizemore Group is seeking a Security Officer to maintain security across an assigned facility, enforcing access controls and reporting violations. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork, aligned with Sizemore's core values, in a 11 per hour position with a night shift schedule.

The officer will patrol, document DARs, control access, respond to emergencies, and operate CCTV and related equipment, ensuring compliance and a secure environment for staff and customers.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in security, military or law enforcement preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Demonstrate a service-oriented and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol and monitor premises to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Document security activity with Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and incident reports.
• Control vehicle and personnel access per established procedures.
• Respond to emergencies in accordance with procedures.
• Operate CCTV, vehicle scales, computer systems and related equipment as needed.
• Report irregularities to prevent losses and enforce policies.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Enforce Sizemore's and client policies and procedures.
