Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to maintain the security of the assigned facility, enforce access control, observe and report violations, and uphold Sizemore's core values of flexibility, improvement, reliability, safety and teamwork.

The role includes a 3rd shift with rotating weeks, involving patrols, incident reporting, and operating CCTV and other systems. Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred, with a focus on professional conduct and customer safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in security, military or law enforcement preferred.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure in potentially stressful and time-sensitive situations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Documents security activity with DAR and completes incident reports as required.
• Controls vehicle and personnel access per established procedures.
• Responds to emergencies per established procedures.
• Operates specialized equipment (CCTV, vehicle scales, computer systems).
• Prevents losses by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy.
