Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment at our facility in North Carolina. The role involves patrolling, enforcing access control, documenting incidents, and responding to emergencies.

You will operate CCTV and other systems while upholding company values of flexibility, reliability, and teamwork. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and experience in security or related fields.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Security, military or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Background check, clean MVR and pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Controls vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Documents security activity with Daily Activity Reports and incident reports.
• Responds to emergencies following established procedures.
• Operates equipment such as CCTV, vehicle scales, and computer systems.
• Enforces Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures.
• Supports a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
