Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Security Officer to help maintain security for the assigned facility. You will enforce access control, observe and report violations, and support Sizemore’s values of safety and teamwork on a daily basis.

This on-site role offers pay at $12.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday shift from 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Strong judgment, reliability, and professional demeanor are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate service orientation and professional conduct at all times.
• Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and use good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises.
• Document security activity with reports such as the Daily Activity Report (DAR).
• Control vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Respond to emergencies per established protocols.
• Operate security-related equipment (CCTV, vehicle scales, computer systems).
• Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and enforcing policies.
