Job summary

BENCHMARK is seeking a Security/Greeter to be the first point of contact for guests. This role sets the tone for their experience and requires high standards of hospitality. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, monitoring access, and providing information.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, customer service experience, security experience, and strong communication skills. A flexible schedule and First Aid certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality/purchasing experience preferred.
• At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
• At least two years of Security or Police experience, preferably with exposure to the hotel environment.
• First Aid/CPR certification, preferably instructor rating.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Collaborate with club and hotel departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and control access to the club premises.
• Provide information and directions to visitors.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
