• Makes guest internal/external service and guest satisfaction a priority.
• Registers guests and assigns rooms.
• Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
• Assists in preregistration and blocking of rooms.
• Maintains guest room key storage and supervises access to safe deposit boxes.
• Works closely with housekeeping and coordinates requests for maintenance.
