Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking an Overnight Room Service Orderseller to support guests with menu selections, upsell items, and take and process orders with accuracy.

The role requires knowledge of food and beverage terminology, exceptional guest service and telephone skills, strong computer and organizational abilities, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on site in South Beach.

• Responds to complaints and resolves issues per hotel standards.
