Responsibilities include following up on repairs, locating nearby vendors, and ensuring cost-effective solutions. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 1 year of related experience or training.
• Preferred automotive and/or diesel mechanic knowledge.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and route to facilities or approved vendors for repairs.
• Provide follow-up to ensure timely problem resolution.
• Maintain contact with drivers and vendors on status of repairs.
• Locate vendors near breakdowns to minimize cost and wait time.
• Resolve tire and equipment issues related to breakdowns and roadside assistance.
