Job summary

Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate and deliver high‑quality patient care on the Progressive Care Unit. You will educate patients and families, support transitions of care, and contribute to a Magnet culture of excellence.

The role requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and a willingness to obtain ACLS within 90 days. Progressive care experience and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Current BLS; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Progressive or intermediate care experience preferred; BSN/MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and deliver direct patient care.
• Educate patients and families and manage transitions of care.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and quality improvement participation.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
