Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Doylestown, PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for night shift to lead resident care plans and supervise staff.

You will round on units, ensure incident reporting, and provide guidance and performance reviews. Requires RN license and prior supervisor experience; LTC experience preferred. This 11pm-7am FT role with end-of-week requirements offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or LTC.
• Previous Supervisor experience.
• Ability to work 11p-7a FT with EOW requirement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the implementation of the resident care plan.
• Regular rounds on nursing units to ensure high-quality care.
• Monitor and ensure incidents, accidents, and complaints are reported and documented correctly.
• Assist in direct resident care as needed.
• Prepare and administer performance reviews for shift staff.
• Provide correction and re-education to shift staff as needed.
