Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Doylestown, PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor for night shift to direct and supervise the resident care plan, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead a close-knit team in our beautiful facility. The full-time 11:00 p.m.

to 7:00 a.m. role requires an active RN license, SNF/LTC experience, and prior supervisory experience; responsibilities include rounds, performance reviews, staff coaching, and incident reporting,

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience is required.
• Ability to work 11p-7a FT with EOW requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
• Regularly round on nursing units to ensure high-quality care.
• Monitor and assure that incidents, accidents, and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
• Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary.
• Prepare and administer performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers.
• Provide correction and re-education to shift staff as needed.
