Job summary

Liberty Pointe Rehab and Nursing in Doylestown, PA is hiring an Evening Shift Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our long-term care team. The role supports nursing staff, oversees care plans, and ensures quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Previous Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of resident care plans.
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates.
• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance.
• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
