Job summary

Liberty Pointe Rehab and Nursing in Doylestown, PA is hiring an Evening Shift Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our long-term care team. You will supervise nursing staff on assigned units, oversee care plans, conduct unit rounds, ensure accurate documentation, and promote a team-oriented culture focused on quality and compliance.

Active RN license required; prior supervisor experience and long-term care exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required).
• Previous supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units.
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans.
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates.
• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance.
• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
