Mercy is seeking an RN Resources Supervisor for Stepdown to work FT nights (6pm–4am, 4x10h). The role requires current RN licensure and a nursing degree. A $20,000 bonus is offered for experienced nurses, with responsibilities to oversee patient care and coordinate with departments while upholding Mercy standards.

Educational requirements include an ADN, diploma, or BSN; Basic Life Support and ACLS certifications are expected or obtainable after hire. Prolonged standing and lifting are required.

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Position Details:

RN Resources Supervisor - Stepdown- FT Nights (4x 10 hour shifts)6pm-4am

$20,000 Bonus for Experienced Nurses

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Experience: preferred 1 year of critical care experience

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
• One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe:
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
