Mercy is seeking an RN for the Medical Stepdown unit, night shift, to deliver patient care using the nursing process and uphold Mercy Service Standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and contributing to mission-driven care. Education requirements include nursing degree and active RN licensure; BLS required. Sign-on bonuses apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion within 30 days of hire.

7:00pm-7:30am

$20,000 Sign On Bonus- Experienced Nurses

$10,000 Sign On Bonus- New Graduates

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
