Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for Neuro Stepdown on a full-time days schedule, 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm. You will deliver direct patient care using the nursing process, coordinate care with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality in a collaborative team environment.

Education required includes an Associate's, Diploma, or BSN with an active RN license in the hiring state. BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Position Details:

RN-Neuro Stepdown - FT Days
3x12 hour shifts weekly
7:00am-7:30pm

$10k New Graduate Bonus
$20k Experienced Nurse Bonus

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
