Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN for Medical Stepdown on FT Nights, 7:00pm–7:30am. You will apply the nursing process to deliver patient care and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements include RN licensure in the hiring state (or compact), and a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). BLS certification within 30 days of hire is required. Mercy provides robust benefits and career growth opportunities.

Position Details:

RN Medical Stepdown- FT Nights

7:00pm-7:30am

$20,000 Sign On Bonus- Experienced Nurses

$10,000 Sign On Bonus- New Graduates

Education:

Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure:

Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
