Job summary

HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center is seeking a Night shift Registered Nurse for the Observation Unit-1W. The RN will perform patient assessments, administer medications, monitor IV therapy, and coordinate care plans according to ANA standards.

This role requires collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities include data collection, care planning, and patient/family education.

Qualifications

• RN license in AZ required.
• BLS Certification required.
• 1 year RN experience for float positions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop a patient-centered care plan.
• Identify outcomes and develop individualized care plans.
• Initiate treatments, administer medications, and monitor IVs as ordered.
• Document patient progress and care, and communicate with the care team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
