Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years RN experience
• Active RN license in Arizona
• BLS certification
• Ability to perform nursing procedures per ANA standards
• Knowledge of IV therapy and medication administration

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop patient care plans
• Administer medications and therapies per orders
• Monitor patient status and adjust care as needed
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
