Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for 4 East (Neurology/Neurosurgery) on the 7pm-7:30am night shift in Worcester, MA. This full-time, on-site role requires active MA RN licensure and BLS; ACLS preferred. You will provide direct patient care, assess and plan, and coordinate discharge planning within a high-acuity unit.

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans including discharge.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care within the unit.
• Delegate tasks appropriately according to competency and policy.
