Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 7pm–7:30am night shift (12 hours). This non-exempt, full-time role includes Holidays every Third Holiday and Weekends every Third Weekend, with a potential signing bonus announced during interviews.

Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge, including assessments, care planning and coordination, and supervising staff as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing license and registration.
• BLS is required; ACLS certification preferred.
• BSN highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessments and reassessments as required.
• Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care including discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise and evaluate nursing care within the assigned setting.
